Krav Maga is a martial art primarily developed for the Israel Defense Forces, enhancing the military’s self-defense and fighting system. Although its techniques were mainly derived from many well-known martial arts such as boxing, judo, karate, and the likes, this craft focuses on real-life situations rather than the usual competitive nature of similar artistry.

Although techniques may continuously progress in line with society, its principle is grounded on one truth: when dealing with the oppressors of the real world, mental fortitude is just as crucial as physical strength.
